	We are proud to hold the Investors in People Bronze Award, recognising our commitment to creating a positive, supportive and ambitious workplace. The award reflects the way we invest in our staff, develop leadership and build a culture where people feel valued and able to grow. We know that when our staff thrive, our children benefit too.
	We are proud to hold the National Nurturing Schools Award, recognising our commitment to creating a school where every child feels safe, valued and understood. The award celebrates schools that place relationships, wellbeing and belonging at the heart of learning. For us, it reflects something fundamental: children thrive when they know they are cared for, supported and truly belong.
	We are proud to hold the IQM Inclusive School Award, recognising our commitment to making sure every child is known, valued and able to succeed. The award celebrates schools where inclusion is woven through everyday practice — from teaching and pastoral care to leadership, relationships and opportunity. For us, it reflects our belief that every child should be able to participate fully in school life and achieve their very best.
	We are especially proud to be recognised as an IQM Centre of Excellence. This distinction is awarded to schools that demonstrate exceptional and sustained inclusive practice and are able to share that practice with others. It recognises the strength of our culture, the quality of support we provide and our determination to remove barriers so that every child can flourish.
	We are proud to hold the School Games Gold Mark, recognising the strength of sport and physical activity across our Academy. The award celebrates our commitment to providing high-quality PE, competitive sport and opportunities for children to be active, develop confidence and experience the benefits of teamwork. It reflects our ambition for every child to enjoy sport and have opportunities to participate, compete and succeed.
