Reward & Conduct

As a Christian Academy, we believe that each individual is made in the image and likeness of God.  Therefore, every human being is of value, is unique and has an eternal destiny. We endeavour to live out the Christian way of life with each member of the school community being treated as an individual, with respect and dignity, regardless of creed, colour, race or sex.

Because of the Christian nature of The John Wallis Church of England Academy, our policy on behaviour is built on the belief that mutual respect for one another and the environment emphasises the presence of Christ throughout the community. Schools are measured by academic success.  Pupils and students know this. We must help and enable each student to succeed to the best of their ability by providing high quality lessons and an appropriate curriculum for our pupils and students.
