Associated with the Academy since 2016, 4 years.
My main interests are keeping fit and healthy by taking long walks in the local area, attending the gym and swimming. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, entertaining at home, eating out and having days out.
I have lived in the Kingsnorth area of Ashford for over 20 years and I enjoy being part of the local community. I am currently volunteering with the Family Food Bank in Ashford to provide affordable food for families through a new venture called the Community Pantry which runs in Stanhope.
Excellence means to me, always striving to achieve above what is expected. I believe this can be achieved by working hard, with integrity, to achieve the best results possible. Also, by always giving your full commitment to a task and not being scared to try to new things to exceed what is expected of you. Finally, by setting yourself goals and continually working hard reach them and exceed them!
In my opinion, the best thing about the Academy is the fully committed team of staff. The school leaders, teachers, support staff and all other members of the school team give their unwavering commitment to ensure that every pupil and student achieves their full potential through excellent teaching and providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
