Higher Education & Destinations

Students leaving The John Wallis Church of England Academy progress to a huge variety of destinations.

Last year, more students than ever before leaving the Academy went on to University (76%). Out of these students, 96% received offers at their first place University. 10% of these places were Russell Group Universities. Other students have gained apprenticeships in areas such as the Police, Nursing, Engineering and Health Clubs. All our students are supported in gaining Summer School University places in order to support their University application and work experience placements to widen their skills and experiences.
