'GET SET' - The New Approach to Homework

“We want all pupils to be able to work at home in a way that doesn’t inhibit their potential or reduce their enjoyment of learning.”

This year, we are replacing traditional Homework with a new approach called ‘Get Set’. As an Academy we are committed to excellence and this applies to the work pupils complete both in and away from school. We strive to give pupils every opportunity to be successful and to achieve this they need to gain new knowledge. 

As a staff, we have been working on this for quite a while to make sure its ready to go and now is the time to implement it. This is a hugely exciting step forward and one that I’m sure will be embraced by pupils, parents and carers.
